Shipping policy

Delivery Times

I aim to despatch orders within 24/48 hours of purchase Monday to Friday, There may be a very rare time where this is not possible, in which case I will reach out to you or adjust delivery expectation details on my website. 

NOTE that I cannot be held responsible for events outside of my control such as postal strikes (in the UK or otherwise). Please ensure that you order within sufficient time of needing your item and or selecting the appropriate delivery service (1st or 2nd class for example).

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. As the customer, you are  responsible for checking that the intended delivery address is correct at the time of checkout.  

Delivery Method

Letter size items will be posted either 2nd class Royal Mail (typically the default option) or first class Royal Mail (by selecting upgrade). Note that these two postal services are not tracked. 

Small parcel size items (for mugs as an example) will be sent by 2nd class small parcel.  Again, this service is not tracked.
